You may use AudioStack only for lawful purposes. 

Prohibited uses of AudioStack

You may not use AudioStack:

• in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;

• in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

• to imitate a person’s voice without their prior express permission;

• to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards as set out below;

• to transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam); or

• to transmit knowingly any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;

• violate any national or international law;

• violate the rights of others, or in any way that is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, including Generating Content that discriminates against people based on their race, national or ethnic origin, religion,or other protected characteristics;

• violate the rights of others, including but not limited to infringing Copyright, right of publicity, right of likeness, and/or any other Intellectual Property Rights, or to defame a third party or cast a third party in false light;

• fraudulently impersonate other people or companies;

• exploit or harm minors;

• harass or threaten any person or to promote violence against a specific person or class of people;

• disable, interfere with or circumvent security-related features of our Services or Platform;

• interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on our Services or the networks or services connected to ours;

• engage in any automated use of the systems (except of our Public API), for example by using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools;

• copy our Services’ software, including all code;

• reverse assemble, reverse compile, decompile, translate or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of models, algorithms, and systems of the Services (except to the extent such restrictions are contrary to applicable law);

• sell or transfer your profile;

• make improper use of our support Services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct;

You also agree:

not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of AudioStack in contravention of these Terms of Use;

not to impersonate any other Subscribers; and

not to access without authority, penetrate, interfere with, damage or disrupt (or attempt to do any of the same):

(i) the accounts of other Subscribers;

(ii) any part of AudioStack or its security measures;

(iii) any equipment or network on which AudioStack is stored;

(iv) any software used in the provision of AudioStack; or

(v) any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

You must not misuse the Services by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or any server, computer or database connected to AudioStack. You must not attack AudioStack via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. 

Linking

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

Our website must not be framed on any other site.

Content standards

These content standards apply to any and all Submitted Content (as defined in our Terms of Service), and to any interactive services associated with the Website or the Services.‍

You must comply with the spirit of the following standards, as well as the letter. The standards apply to each part of any Submitted Content as well as to its whole.

We reserve the right to refuse to process and to remove any Submitted Content which, in our sole opinion:

is not suitable for use on AudioStack;

does not comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which the Submitted Content is posted or the Services or received;

is defamatory, threatening, misleading or deceptive;

contains obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory material or promotes or enables illegal or unlawful activities including without limitation violence or discrimination; or

infringes or breaches any copyright, database right, trade mark or other intellectual property rights of any other person, or any person’s right to privacy, confidentiality or other legal right (including a contractual right).
