Objectives:
To support the Women’s Rugby World Cup (WRWC) 2025 ticket sales push through radio and digital audio channels.
Solution:
AudioStack worked with Additive+, part of Havas, to create a dynamic AI-powered audio campaign. This initiative focused on delivering localized messaging with a pre- and post-ticket launch strategy, ensuring that audiences in each host city received tailored calls to action (CTAs). This approach demonstrated the logical and scalable benefits of AI-audio technology in event promotion.
Key highlights:
Geo-specific messaging: 8 unique creatives were customized for a specific host city to ensure relevance and engagement.
Pre- and post-ticket launch messaging: AI-powered audio seamlessly adjusted messaging based on whether tickets were available or in anticipation.
Results:
A record-breaking 220,000 tickets were sold in a short period of time, demonstrating the effectiveness of the campaign.
